Day 5 update from Marty

Marty is enjoying this trip. His crew is really good and he likes the kids. He is a bit concerned about finishing the job today, especially with thunderstorms in the forecast for Friday. His crew is building a wheelchair ramp. He was telling me how long it takes the students to hammer the nails! They just didn't know how to do that job well at the beginning of the week, but they are coming along! Marty has resisted the temptation to "just take over". He said he could have finished the job himself already!

Day 4 update from Jackie

Amanda writes, "Jackie's crew is painting the house of a 87-year old woman whom Jackie describes as "very nice". They expect to be done by the end of the week and are feeling very accomplished. Yesterday at Wildwood, Jackie and Morgan tried to catch a baby skunk, but succeeded in getting a picture at least and didn't get sprayed. Yeah!!!"
