Arrival -- June 27

Arrival Day

We have finally arrived and received a very warm welcome from our hosts in this beautiful country.  The bible tells us to lift our voices in worship and praise.  We spent our first night  in the retreat house next door to the Iglesia Biblica Nazareth church.  What better way to wake up in the morning to the praise and worship band practice for their morning service.  Before leaving for La Carpio several of us sat in on several minutes of worship.  What a glorious start to an amazing day.

Welcome home everyone!

Day 6 update from Katie

Katie reports that, of the crews she has talked to so far, all have finished their projects! Hooray and great job everyone! Katie said she is dirty and grimy, but feels accomplished. So proud of all of you!

Tonight is the final evening program and devos. They are packing the cars tonight and plan to hit the road around 8:30 Saturday morning (first stop - DD no doubt!). That puts them back in Londonderry at 5:00ish. I'm sure we'll hear from them on the road. ~ Mrs. C :)
