Addictions

Addictions can happen to anyone. If you're struggling with an addiction, leaving your addiction untreated out of shame or fear of judgment will only make things worse. Over time addictions have the power to rob us not only of our self-esteem but our health, our jobs, and our closest relationships. Because addictions are highly reinforced behaviors that are fed by a complex set of psychological factors, you need to find the courage to reach out for help rather than battling addiction alone.
